What are your standard shipping costs?
We have a flat rate of $9.95 for all orders. This will be sent out with standard post using a number of couriers, based on your location.

How do I track my order?
Once you have successfully completed your order through our website store, you will be sent a confirmation email which will include your order number along with details. Once dispatched, the tracking information will be sent to the email address on file. Please contact us via email through the CONTACT US form below should you need any additional information concerning your order.

Are there various shipping options?
We offer standard shipping using a number of couriers. If you require express shipping, this is offered at an additional cost using Australia Post Express. 

How quickly will I receive my shipment once I place my order?
Orders are typically shipped out the day of your order, or the following morning.  Once dispatched, delivery times can range from 1 to 7 business days based on your location. All packages are shipped from our warehouse located in Newcastle, NSW.

Do you accept international shipping addresses?
We currently only ship to addresses in Australia.
